What can you expect with Reed?
Number one, our yoga session must be fun. Life is way to short! Number two Yoga and Chi Gong are about healing your body and making yourself stronger, I call it learning to love yourself. Number three everyone has their own personal yoga practice, after 20 years some of my own yoga poses still look like I am a beginner, but it doesn’t matter, because were ever you are in a pose, it is “Perfect”! I look forward to sharing the magic of Yoga, Chi Gong, and our incredibly beautiful state. See you soon! Namaste!
See you soon! Namaste!
